No — Georgia law requires wills to be signed in the physical presence of witnesses, so we always meet you in person. That's exactly what mobile notary service is for.

Yes, if your document is already notarized by a Georgia notary (or is a Georgia-issued public record), mail it to us from anywhere in the U.S. and we'll submit it for apostille or authentication and mail it back to you. If it still needs notarizing, that step requires an in-person visit in our Gwinnett/Metro Atlanta service area first.
