VeriRoute Concierge ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through verirouteconcierge.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only — it does not cover information you provide in person during a notarization appointment, which is addressed separately below.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly through this site:

• Contact form: name, phone number, email address, and details about the document or service you're asking about.
• Price list request form: your first name (optional) and email address, so we can unlock and send our published pricing.
• Appointment booking: when you click "Book Now," you're taken to our scheduling page at Calendly, where you provide your name, email, phone number, and appointment details directly to Calendly. Their handling of that information is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, not this one.

We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site, described in "Cookies & Advertising" below.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry and answer questions about our services.
• To send the price list you requested.
• To confirm, prepare for, and follow up on scheduled appointments.
• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising (see below).
• To meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations as a Georgia-commissioned notary.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services We Use

This site relies on a few outside services to operate, each of which processes certain data on our behalf or in connection with your visit:

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact and price-list form submissions.
• Calendly — powers our appointment scheduling.
• Google Ads — we use Google's advertising tag to measure the performance of our ad campaigns, including Enhanced Conversions, which uses information you enter in our forms (such as your email address) in encrypted (hashed) form to help Google more accurately match ad clicks to resulting inquiries or bookings. We also use Google's Customer Match feature, which uses this same hashed information to build audience lists from our past customers and inquiries, so Google can find people with similar characteristics to show our ads to and help us reach people already familiar with our services. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own privacy and advertising policies. You may opt out of this use by contacting us at hello@verirouteconcierge.com, or by adjusting your ad personalization settings directly with Google at myadcenter.google.com.
• Google Maps — embedded on this site to show our service area; loading it may set cookies from Google.

Cookies & Advertising

Like most websites, this site and the third-party services embedded in it (Google Ads, Google Maps) may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your visit, measure how the site is used, and evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site, including relying on established, reputable third-party providers (Netlify, Calendly, Google) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, respond to your inquiry, and meet recordkeeping obligations tied to notarial acts under Georgia law. You may request that we delete information you've submitted through our website forms, subject to any records we're required to retain.

Confidentiality of Notarization Services

Separate from this website's data practices: when you meet with one of our notaries in person, we handle your documents and identifying information with professional discretion. We do not retain copies of your signed documents beyond what Georgia law requires of a commissioned notary (such as journal entries for certain notarial acts), and we do not share the content of your documents with third parties except as required by law.

Your Choices

• You can ask us not to contact you for marketing purposes at any time by emailing hello@verirouteconcierge.com.
• You can ask what information we hold about you, and request that we correct or delete it, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
• You can decline to provide certain information, though this may limit our ability to respond to your request or schedule an appointment.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, including as our services expand. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
